This is a race for EVERYONE!
No judgments and no stigma, just FUN!
Cameron designed this race to be a fun, family-friendly event for all to enjoy. As we approach the sixth year of Cameron’s signature event in Richmond, we plan to add even more excitement and fun to both the course and the post-race party. Whether you walk, jog, or run, we want you to join us as we end
the stigma of mental illness.

The run starts and finishes on the Vita Trail in Byrd Park just across from the Carillon. While the course is almost entirely flat, it is anything but boring! There are fun surprises along the way that will be sure to put a smile on your face. After all, it was designed by a vibrant 16-year-old!
Strollers and wheelchairs welcome!
Looking for an extra challenge? Run the course twice for the same price!

Stick around after the race and make a day of it. This is not something you want to miss! Live music, food, Family Fun Zone, Mindfulness Area, exciting vendor booths, photo areas, a video booth, and more!
This is the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends, to learn more about the amazing things the CKG Foundation is doing in the local community, and to help us show our support for all of the other wonderful organizations in Richmond that help make it possible for us to continue to SpeakUp, loud and clear!
HAVE EVEN MORE FUN WITH A TEAM!
Whether you are joining your coworkers to stay healthy and end the stigma, or you are a social butterfly that wants to wear a silly costume along with your amazing group of friends, or you want to let someone know you care by starting a team in their honor, you are welcome to join us and SpeakUp as a group.
Unable to make it to Byrd Park on September 7th? You can still be part of our special day by participating in our virtual run.
When we launched the virtual race in 2017, over 100 virtual participants from over 37 states represented Cameron's mission on race day.
Talk about a nation-wide impact! We plan to reach all 50 states this year, so please help us spread the word!
